it is no wonder that we selected sunny Hawke’s Bay as the home of Gernot’s Gold.
All our delicate and exclusive products are made with fresh fruit sourced locally according to each season. For us, any preservatives, colouring or thickening agents are a ‘no-no’. Our luscious and natural jams, jellies and marmalades are made by hand in traditional styles based on centuries-old European recipes still used by small artisans around the Mediterranean.
